Hi, I'm Ren

I'm a solicitor, mental health advocate, and trainee therapist on a mission to transform the way we think about work and wellbeing.

Navigating working life in a way that puts your wellbeing first

How WMW supports:

While we can't always control the culture, leadership, or circumstances of our workplace, we can take ownership of how we respond and the choices available to us.

Through practical tips, evidence-based insights, and honest conversations, I share strategies to help you focus on what is within your control, protect your wellbeing, and navigate work with greater confidence and resilience.

I've seen and experienced firsthand how our working environments can shape our confidence, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life.

This is why I'm committed to empowering people with the knowledge and tools to navigate thier jobs and achieve their career goals without sacrificing their wellbeing.

I believe everyone deserves to work in an environment where they feel supported, valued, and able to thrive but I know that isn't always the reality.

Question

How do I set boundaries at work when my manager expects 24/7 availability?

Question

I feel guilty every time I take a mental health day. How can I shift this mindset?

Work, mind & wellbeing

Start by having an honest conversation about your working hours. Focus on how being 'off-the-clock' actually improves your productivity and mental clarity when you are 'on'. It's about protecting your energy so you can perform at your best.

Work, mIND & WELLBEING

Remember that you can't pour from an empty cup. A mental health day is maintenance, not an indulgence. Treat it like any other physical ailment—it's necessary rest that allows you to return with renewed focus and resilience.

A safe space for your real workplace challenges with practical tips to help you cope at work.
